Do you have a physical store?

Well, we do not have a physical store. Production takes place according to the individual customer's order, ensuring the highest quality. We do not have stock.

I want more information about the product, where should I go?

Do you make products from a photo?

It is possible to send your available photo and it will be printed on the product of your choice (picture, wall clock, wall hanger or height measure) with the selected design and dimensions. The price will be exactly the same as indicated on our website for existing products. Photo requirements - the shorter side must be no less than 2000 pixels, resolution 300 dpi. After submitting the order, the product will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Please send the photo by email to info@geranamie.com and we will do our best to provide you with an offer as soon as possible.

Are your products safe?

The inks we use are odorless and 100% safe for the environment and children. Thanks to GREENGUARD quality and safety certificates, our products can be used in schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, etc.

Can you issue an invoice?

Yes, we can issue invoices. For invoice issuance, you can contact us at info@geranamie.com or you can specify in the order notes that an invoice is needed. Provide the information for issuing the invoice.

Shipping and delivery

When will I receive my order?

Usually, the order processing begins immediately after the payment confirmation. Production takes 1-2 business days. Production is carried outside Lithuania, so on average, the order delivery takes 3-10 business days. After placing the order, you will receive all the information including the order tracking number at the provided email address.

How much does delivery cost and what are the available methods?

After placing your order online, you will receive an email with a tracking number of your order.

Where can I find my order tracking number?

After placing the order, a message with the tracking number of the order will be sent to the e-mail you specified.

Which credit cards can I use to pay?

We accept Visa/Mastercard credit cards.

What payment platform is used for payments?

We use Maksekeskus / Makecommerce to accept payments through our website.

Is my payment information secure?

Of course yes. The MakeCommerce.lt payment platform is safe for payments.

What to do if the product did not meet your expectations?

You can exchange or return the purchased product within 14 calendar days in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries from the date of product delivery. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused. More Refund Policy
