Delivery Information for Purchases at www.geranamie.lt

When purchasing goods from the online store www.geranamie.lt, you can choose a convenient delivery method: delivery to a parcel locker (if the package fits) or courier delivery directly to your hands (home or office). If courier delivery is selected but no one is at home, the parcel will be left in the nearest parcel locker (if it fits). Otherwise, the courier will arrange a new delivery time.

Delivery to parcel lockers throughout Lithuania costs €3.50 (for orders under €69.98). Delivery to a chosen parcel locker is FREE for orders of €69.99 or more. Delivery takes 5-10 business days (delivery may take longer during peak holiday seasons due to courier workload).

Courier delivery to your hands (home or office) across Lithuania costs €5.99 (except for deliveries to the Curonian Spit, which cost €19). Delivery takes 5-10 business days (delivery may take longer during peak holiday seasons due to courier workload). Courier delivery is FREE for orders of €69.99 or more.

The Seller will provide the Buyer with a parcel tracking number.

The Seller agrees to specify the delivery time for each product. If no delivery time is indicated for a product, the delivery will be made within 5-10 business days. In case of any issues with delivery, the Seller agrees to contact the Buyer and find the best solution. The order is prepared or manufactured within 1-2 business days, and the remaining time is allocated for delivery.

The Buyer is obliged to pay attention to the specified delivery time and contact the Seller only if 24 hours have passed since the end of the indicated delivery period.

The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally but the items are delivered to the specified address and based on the other information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller for delivery to the wrong person.
